I am Oliver Unruh, an independent consultant and procurement expert based in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany. I also serve as Managing Director of IQ Loop GmbH, an AI consultancy headquartered in Stuttgart. After more than 30 years as a senior executive in international retail — most recently as Managing Director at Kaufland and Deputy Director General at Eurelec Trading in Brussels — I now work with companies as an independent adviser.
My focus: AI in procurement, the digital transformation of procurement organisations, training and negotiation coaching, and the management of complex IT projects in retail. Through IQ Loop GmbH I additionally cover the strategic design and implementation of AI solutions for mid-sized companies.
